Our Process

Please review "Preparing Your Quilt". Once your quilt has been prepared, fill out the quilting service request form. If you are local to Marysville WA, a drop-off and pick up location can be arranged. We accept mail in service requests if you are in the USA.

We will notify you when we receive your quilt. Quilts are added to the queue in the order received. (We do not offer rush services.) Upon receipt of your quilt, an email will be sent to confirm the following are correct: top and back yours, the pattern and thread color you selected.

When your quilt is complete, a photo will be emailed to you. An invoice will be sent in a separate email. The invoice will include taxes and return shipping.

After receiving payment, we will arrange local pickup or mail your quilt. If your quilt is mailed, an email with a tracking number will be provided.
